Refund policy

It is really important to me that every customer is happy with their purchase, so I am absolutely here to help.

If for any reason an item arrives faulty, or you are not happy with your purchase, please get in contact with me using the contact form on the website.

It is up to yourself, as the buyer, to check the description of each product you are purchasing so you are aware of the size (measurements).

Change of mind returns need to be processed within 30 days and the item must be in new, unworn condition with original tag attached. Return shipping is at buyers cost.

If an item is faulty upon receiving it, please use the contact form to discuss replacement of the item.
